FREE SHIPPING

THE GOOD NEWS

Orders over $150 USD ship free, USA only. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.


Each drop has its own processing window depending on production. The exact processing time will always be clearly stated on the product page before you purchase — so you know what you're signing up for before you commit.
Accessories and stickers are in permanent stock and ship within 2–4 business days of your order being placed.

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us directly. We'll sort it out. We're a small brand and we stand behind every piece we put out.


MY ORDER IS MARKED DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.

Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark items early. If nothing arrives, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.


Take a photo and send it to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADRESS AT CHECKOUT

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can update it. Once it's in transit we can't redirect it — so double check your address before placing your order.
