Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link via email. Processing takes 2–4 business days. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 days, contact us below.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? +
Email us at contact@excidivm.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll sort it out.
I entered the wrong address. +
Contact us immediately via Instagram DM or email. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can update it. Once shipped, we're unable to redirect.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? +
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on drop items. If your item arrives defective we will replace it.
